Land CriteriaLand Criteria

The following is our basic land requirements:

  • Property with associated land size: a minimum of ½ an acre is required
  • Property with large rear gardens of  ½ acre or more (can include your neighbours rear garden!)
  • Land with derelict buildings on, locations within a village / town development boundary
  • Disused Garage sites / run down Nursing homes etc
  • Factory sites next to existing residential housing
  • Brownfield sites (previously developed) land
  • Pubs / Clubs that have either closed down or are run down

If you’re in any doubt as to the suitability of your property and the land size its located on, we are always happy to discuss this further. As sometimes a site may not be suitable for residential redevelopment, but may be suitable for other uses.

Land that does NOT meet our requirements:

  • Property / Land already on the Open Market (For Sale)
  • Property / Land that already has planning permission granted
  • Property / Land in Green Belt / Conservation area
  • Property / Land located outside the development boundary
  • Property / Land that is contaminated
  • Property / Land sat on a flood plain
  • Land in the middle of the countryside ie: farm land
